DELIVERIES

SoSexy offers two ways to receive your order:

1 – Shipping to the address you indicate, by carrier

2 – Collecting the order at the Matosinhos store

Items sent by courier are packed in discreet packaging and without mentioning the type of products they contain.

SHIPPING COSTS

If you choose to receive the order at the address you indicate, the shipping costs are as follows:

Mainland Portugal – €6.00

Madeira and Azores – €10.00

We do not ship to foreign countries

If you choose to pick up your order in person at the Matosinhos store, we offer shipping costs.

For orders over €50.00 (fifty euros) we offer shipping costs.

Delivery times

We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Usually, on average, our deliveries are made in 24 to 48 hours (working days).

Please bear in mind that:

- these deadlines are merely indicative

- your order only begins to be prepared after payment and confirmation by our services.

- on Saturday and Sunday there are no deliveries

- it is customary for the carrier to call the telephone number indicated in the order, before making the delivery

You can pay for your order by:

- Multibanco (ATM)

- MB Way

- Bank transfer

- HiPay (Visa and Mastercard credit cards)
